Cromptons operates one of Fiji’s leading intellectual property practices. We handle trademark and patent registration through Fiji’s Intellectual Property Office, together with searches, renewals, assignments, mergers, oppositions and copyright protection — acting for local businesses and as Fiji agent for international brands and overseas IP firms.
Email trademarks@cromptonslaw.com or fijitrademarks@cromptonslaw.com to file, renew or enforce your marks.
Beyond Fiji, we register and maintain trademarks across the Pacific, including Tonga, Vanuatu, Solomon Islands, Kiribati and Tuvalu — a single point of contact for brand protection throughout the region.

Partner Arishma Goundar leads the practice. Admitted to the High Court of Fiji in 2008, she holds an LLB from the University of the South Pacific, a PDLP and an LLM from Deakin University, and taught law at the University of Fiji and USP before joining Cromptons to focus on intellectual property.
