Varun joined Cromptons in March 2017 and made partner in January 2018. Immediately before joining Cromptons, Varun practised as a sole practitioner for 5 years from February 2012 to February 2017. Prior to his sole practice, gained experience in private practice with Fa & Company and Howards Lawyers. Since admission in 2008, Varun has been continually appearing in all levels of Court and has gained a broad range of experience and expertise in conducting civil and commercial litigation across a range of issues and disputes including mortgagor mortgagee disputes, receivership actions, securities and debt recovery actions, contractual disputes, action for vacant possession of property.

Caroll practices in commercial law, conveyancing and trademarks. She was admitted in 2005 and has been with Cromptons since then. She has gained substantial experience in dealing with not only ordinary but complex and complicated commercial and conveyancing transactions.
She also practices and deals with Child Adoption applications.
