It is the policy of the firm that before we commence work on any conveyancing matter, we review the transaction without any charge to prepare a scope of work and provide our fee estimate for the client's agreement.
Having a Fiji Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) is compulsory for all non-resident/non-citizen vendor/seller and purchaser/buyer and we are able to assist our clients to register for same, if they instruct us.
For the vendor(s), we are also able to deal with Tax Payer Online Services (TPOS) as required by client(s).
We have major foreign currency trust accounts and therefore are able to deal with a variety of conveyancing, commercial and intellectual property services matters, which would not be possible otherwise.
We have extensive experience in dealing with transactions in foreign currency and in doing so our clients are protected against fluctuations in currency exchange rate.
